Refund & Cancellation Policy

We believe in transparency. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing any digital product or license key from ShieldDrop.

Policy Overview

ShieldDrop is committed to customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our digital products (license keys), all sales are considered final once the product has been delivered. Each key is unique, and activation renders it unusable for others.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Non-working license key with unresolved issues within 48 hours of reporting to support.
  • Duplicate charges made due to a system error or payment gateway issue.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled if the license key has not been delivered or displayed. Once dispatched, orders are locked and non-reversible. It is your responsibility to ensure your order is correct before payment.

Refund Process

Eligible refund requests must be sent to support@shielddrop.com with:

  • Your full name and order ID.
  • A detailed explanation of the issue.
  • Any relevant screenshots or proof of error.

Processing time: 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • You changed your mind after receiving the key.
  • You failed to install or use the software due to system incompatibility.
  • You made an error in selecting the product or version.
  • Licenses were used or shared with others post-purchase.

Chargebacks

Any chargeback or dispute filed without contacting ShieldDrop first will be considered a violation of our policy. Fraudulent disputes may result in account termination and blacklisting from our platform.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Policy Changes

ShieldDrop reserves the right to update or change this policy at any time. Customers are encouraged to review it periodically. Continued use of the service after updates will signify your agreement to the revised terms.
